Billing
Review your company’s subscription and use the payment or sales route available to it.
Billing overview
Open Billing in Settings. Only an Owner can manage it. Other roles see an access notice rather than the billing controls. Plan usage and scan scheduling are in Usage & Scan schedule.
The screen shows the current plan, status and applicable billing cycle or next charge. Free has no recurring charge. Available controls depend on whether the subscription uses Stripe or is managed through sales or a partner. Use the displayed comparison for current prices and inclusions; this guide does not maintain a second price list.
Compare plans or request a change
Use Compare plans when offered to open the plan comparison. Eligible self-serve accounts can continue to Stripe checkout. Other plan changes use Talk to sales or Contact sales. Sending a contact request does not change the subscription.
The Downgrade control displays information; it does not apply a lower plan. Discuss the transition with sales. Likewise, Switch to annual opens a sales-contact request. It does not immediately switch the cycle or charge the annual amount.
Update a card or find invoices
For a Stripe subscription, Manage billing opens the secure billing portal in a new tab. Manage the card, invoice details and invoices there. If offered, Update payment method opens its payment-method flow.
There is no invoice-history table inside this screen. For manual or partner billing, obtain invoices and payment instructions from your sales contact or account manager. The bank-transfer option marked as coming soon is not an available self-serve payment route.
Resolve an overdue, paused or frozen subscription
Follow the current status and its offered action. For a failed Stripe payment, update the payment method in the portal. For externally managed billing, contact the account manager or sales.
Paused subscriptions stop scans and are read-only, with data preserved. Frozen subscriptions show a retention deadline; act on the displayed recovery instructions before that deadline. Reactivate starts a new Stripe checkout when available. Manual subscriptions use the sales route. Returning from checkout can take a short time to update the displayed subscription while payment confirmation is processed.
Review a scheduled cancellation
Manage a Stripe subscription’s cancellation in its billing portal. For a sales-managed subscription, arrange it with your contact. A scheduled cancellation shows its end date and no-further-charges notice rather than the next invoice.
Cancellation and permanent company deletion are separate actions. A canceled subscription’s screen reports data preservation, but do not confuse it with the retention deadline shown for a frozen subscription. See Danger zone for deletion and company-level controls.
