Data
Review Data recommendations to correct missing information and confirm the inputs used for measurement and content work.
Data queue overview
Data is one of the three recommendation queues. Its count is the active work available in that category. The title was previously Context; this guide keeps its existing URL.
Most items concern brand and market information inside the app. The queue also includes manual visual review of the homepage social image and detected contradictions in site content. Read the specific finding before choosing where to make a change.
What lands here
Items can ask you to confirm brand spellings or the primary domain; write missing brand/market documents; review older documents; confirm geography and language settings; classify sources; review suggested competitors or demand; or adjust prompt/category coverage.
Detected inconsistencies can require checking the source material. A visual social-image card asks you to inspect the homepage preview yourself. Its confirmation is advisory for SSPS.
How these are prioritized
Cards carry High, Medium or Low priority. Existing in-progress work is ranked first, then priority and the available ranking evidence. The UI does not display separate impact or effort labels.
An empty active queue means no current Data items are available. Resolved and manually closed items can appear under Completed this iteration for the current iteration. This is not a completeness score for every document you maintain.
How to work through them
Open a card and follow its linked destination. Brand documents and spellings are covered in Brand; market documents and language confirmation in Market; coverage in Prompts and categories. Source and competitor review have their own pages.
For the visual image check, inspect the image and use Image looks good when it is correct. Reopening removes the manual confirmation. If it needs changing, correct the website before verifying it again.
Complete or skip work using the queue controls described in Recommendations. Updated inputs can also resolve the corresponding finding automatically when the detector evaluates them again.
What it does not mean
The count isn’t a score. Twelve open Data items doesn’t mean your brand is in worse shape than one with three. It means twelve pieces of information are missing or unreviewed — and a new account legitimately starts with a lot of them.
An empty queue doesn’t mean you’re visible. It means Supasaito has what it needs to measure you properly. Whether AI actually recommends you is what the scans, the Content queue and your competitors’ pages will tell you.
It isn’t only about your website. Many Data recommendations ask you to complete or verify information inside Supasaito. Others concern elements of your website, such as its sharing image or inconsistent information across pages. Read the individual recommendation to understand where to act: updating data in the platform does not automatically change your website.
It isn’t optional groundwork. These are the inputs the prompts, the market map and the content briefs are all built from. Leaving them open doesn’t slow anything down visibly; it quietly makes everything downstream more generic.
