Choose the AI models that answer your brand’s prompts during scans.

AI models overview

Open AI visibility, then use its AI models link. Model selection is per brand. It is separate from filtering models in a results table.

The catalog currently includes ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and AI Overviews. Grok, Perplexity and Copilot are displayed as coming soon and cannot be selected.

How to change active models

Owners and Admins can toggle models in the grid. Each change saves immediately. Active models show Active; inactive models show Off.

The available pool and simultaneous-selection cap come from your company’s configuration. Keep at least one model active. A single-model pool is fixed; reaching the cap disables additional selections until you turn another model off.

If the account is read-only, the action opens plan comparison. If model configuration cannot be loaded, the page shows that state instead of assuming which models you can use.

Good to know Turning a model off does not remove its previous answers. It stops being used for new scans, including manual refreshes.

How to check the effect of a change

Changing active models does not itself request a scan. After the next scan, inspect the answers in Prompts & answers. Check which models each scan includes before comparing results over time.
