Usage & Scan schedule

Check your company’s allowances and choose when eligible weekly scans run.

Usage overview

Open Settings → Usage & Scan schedule. The usage card separates company-wide workspace allowances from limits for each brand.

Workspace counters include brands, manual prompt rescans, competitor website analyses, content briefs and deep page audits. The per-brand cards show categories, prompts, competitors, site-audit page coverage and active AI models. The card also lists available models, samples per scan and the access included in your configuration.

Check the displayed allowance and reset date instead of assuming that every counter resets monthly. Manual prompt rescans, competitor analyses and content briefs use the monthly reset shown on the card. One manually rescanned prompt consumes one unit, regardless of the number of AI models or samples. Brand slots and per-brand limits describe capacity rather than a monthly number of actions. Existing objects above a revised cap remain available; adding more requires room or an individually raised limit.

How to change the scan schedule

The Scan schedule card shows the current weekly slot, Next scan and Schedule changes remaining. Times are shown in your device’s time zone, which is named alongside the slot.

  1. Click Change schedule.
  2. Choose the day and time.
  3. Check the preview of the next scan after saving.
  4. Click Save schedule.

Only Owners and Admins can change the schedule. A managed cadence or exhausted allowance for changing or restarting the schedule directs you to your account manager. A read-only account needs its access restored before saving changes.

Good to know Your time zone can change both the displayed clock time and weekday. Use the zone and next-scan preview shown by the app when planning the run.

How to turn automatic scans off or back on

Owners and Admins can open Change schedule, choose Turn off automatic scans and confirm. This stops the company’s automatic weekly prompt scans and weekly site audits. Turning them off consumes no schedule change and is available even when no changes remain. A CSM-managed cadence cannot be turned off through this control.

While scans are off, the card shows Off instead of a next-scan date. Use Turn on scans, choose the weekly slot, check the preview and save to restart them. Restarting uses one schedule change even if you keep the same slot. If none remain, contact your account manager.

How to check a Free account’s cadence

Weekly automatic scans and site audits are a paid feature. A Free account keeps its initial results, but the schedule card offers plan comparison instead of presenting a running weekly schedule.

For plan changes, see Billing. For the questions and models used in scans, see Prompts and categories and AI models.
