Help Understanding your results

Your PDF report

Create a PDF record of your brand’s results and use the section guides to read it.

PDF report overview

The report combines saved AI answers, site-audit findings, business context and available Google analytics with a summary of recommendations. Save or share the downloaded file with people who do not have an account. It is a snapshot; it does not update after you download it.

Page count varies with the available data and the length of the prompt list. Start with the cover to check the measurement basis, then use the section you need.

Generate or download a report

  1. Select the company and brand, then open Overview.
  2. Click Download PDF. With no completed scan data, run the first scan before exporting. If a matching report is already ready, the button opens it.
  3. Wait while Generating report… is displayed. Waiting for scan to finish… means generation is waiting for an active scan to finish.
  4. When ready, click Download PDF to open the PDF. If generation fails, use Retry. Contact support if repeated attempts fail.

After new scan data or analytics markup changes, the screen can offer Generate new report. The new-data notice appears after the previous report has been downloaded; a download button alone does not prove that the PDF matches today’s dashboard. The cover preview in Overview uses current data, while the saved PDF keeps its own snapshot.

The report uses the interface language requested when it is generated. If the ready report has another language, the screen offers its download and a separate option to generate in the current interface language. Stored business and market text may retain its original content language.

Find an earlier report

Open Report history to see the ten most recent completed reports for the selected brand. Check each entry’s generation time, scan data date or range, and language before downloading it. New generation does not rewrite an older PDF.

Export can reuse an existing report for the same scan data, analytics markup and language. Editing a profile or completing a recommendation alone does not guarantee a new PDF; check the current information in the app.

Check the cover’s measurement basis

Under What this report is based on, read the AI models, categories, prompts, samples and actual number of analyzed AI answers. The sample configuration is not proof that every possible answer was collected. Latest completed data can come from different scan times for different prompts.

Crawled and deep-audited page counts describe the audit’s coverage. Own-brand mentions count answers mentioning the brand; competitor mentions combine counts for several brands, so they can exceed the answer count. The headline source count refers to distinct cited URLs; the later source ranking groups citations by domain.

The cover’s data date refers to AI scans, not PDF generation time. Site audits and Google integrations have their own update dates. Use these dates when comparing the PDF with current Overview results.

Find the section you need

A section may be absent because its data is unavailable or because that part could not be included during generation. Absence is not a zero result. Check the corresponding app screen; if expected data is present but missing from the PDF, contact support with the report date and section name.
