Help Understanding your results

Overview

Read the audit summary, check what it is based on, and open the relevant detail pages.

Overview at a glance

Overview is the first results screen after your audit. It shows the selected brand, its domain and the date of the underlying scan data. Its summary follows the same scan basis used for a newly generated PDF report.

The content depends on the data available. Before the first completed scan, the card shows an introduction. Individual summary sections appear when their data is available.

How to read the summary

The site section shows SSPS — SupaSaito Page Score, SSPS+ and the performance score, with the number of assessed pages where available. Use Site to inspect the pages behind those scores.

The AI section groups visibility by the buyer’s stage: awareness, comparison and decision. It also separates questions that name a brand from questions that do not. These percentages describe the measured AI answers to your tracked prompts. Use Prompts to inspect the questions and answers.

The competitor section highlights gaps by category. Each comparison shows your brand and the leading tracked competitor for that category. The difference is in percentage points: a negative figure means your brand trails the leader, and a positive figure means it leads. Open Competitors to investigate.

Check What this report is based on before comparing results. It lists the AI models and the available counts of categories, prompts, answer samples, audited pages, mentions, sources and recommendations. A change in this scope can affect the summary.

How to create and download a report

  1. Open Overview and check the selected brand and data date.
  2. Click Download PDF when no report exists yet. At least one completed scan is required.
  3. Wait for the status to finish. The button is unavailable while generation is running or waiting for scans.
  4. Click Download PDF when the report is ready.

If the report has newer data available, the button offers Generate new report. If generation fails, use Retry.

Reports are generated in the current interface language. When the latest PDF is in a different language, the card offers separate actions to download that report and generate one in the current language.

How to find an earlier report

Open Report history. Each entry shows its completion date, the scan-data period and the report language. Use the download icon beside the report you want.

For a guide to the PDF itself, see Your PDF report.
