Sign in with a six-digit code sent to your email.
Sign in overview
Supasaito uses one-time email codes. Enter the code on the page where you requested it to sign in on that device. You don’t set a password.
New registration also uses email verification. If you’re joining a company, follow its invitation and use the invited email address — see Team members.
How to sign in
- Open the sign-in page and enter your address in Work email.
- Click Send code.
- Open the email and enter its six-digit code on the same sign-in page.
The code is checked when you enter the last digit. It expires after 10 minutes and can be used once. After five incorrect attempts, request a new code.
If the email hasn’t arrived, wait for the countdown and use Send a new code. Check your spam folder and the address you entered. Use a different email returns to the email step.
Good to know You can read the email on another device. The session opens on the device where you enter the code.
How to manage signed-in devices
Open Settings → Security. Active sessions lists your sessions and identifies the current one.
The Sign out other sessions action beside another session ends that session. Repeat for any other devices you want to sign out; your current session stays open.
Recent sign-in activity shows sign-in activity from the last 30 days. Contact support if you don’t recognise an entry.
How to check your sign-in email
Open Settings → Profile to see the email used for sign-in. The address is read-only and Change is currently disabled. Changing the address on the sign-in form chooses an account to sign in to; it does not update your existing account’s email.
