Brand
Manage your brand’s mention aliases, internal-document language and business documents.
Brand overview
Open Context in the sidebar to reach Business context. This tree brings together Business, Market, Our channels, Our funnels and Brand book. Document entries show when they were edited or that they have not been created. These dates describe context edits, not new measurements.
Under Business, open the entry named after your brand to manage its internal label, mention aliases and document language. The company entry holds information shared by its brands. Open a document from the tree to read or edit it. The page links back to Context and to the next document.
Geography and buyer language are under Market — see Market. Domains are managed on the Site audit screen.
How to set the brand name and aliases
Open your brand’s information entry under Business. Brand name is an internal workspace label. It is not the string used to count mentions.
Aliases & spelling variants contains the spellings used for mention matching. Include the public brand name and relevant variants, such as Japanese spellings, romaji, English names and abbreviations. At least one alias is required.
Use Add alias to add a spelling, or remove one that does not belong to your brand. Alias changes save with each action. If suggested spellings appear, review them before adding or dismissing them.
Click Save to save a changed internal brand name. Viewer access is read-only.
How to choose the documents’ language
In your brand’s information entry, select Your documents’ language and click Save. This chooses the language of new business and market documents, campaign documents, briefs and recommendations. Existing documents are not translated or rewritten by this setting.
The interface language is a separate preference in Account settings. The language buyers use for AI questions is configured in Market.
How to create or revise brand documents
Choose the document that matches the information you want to supply. Under Business:
- Products and purchase terms — what you sell and the terms of purchase.
- Customers and their tasks — who buys and what they need.
- Facts and evidence — cases, clients and evidence of results.
- Current priorities — current priorities.
Under Brand book:
- Editorial policy — writing rules and promises to avoid.
- Public sources — public references you can cite.
- Private sources — internal materials supplied as context.
Follow the guidance above the editor, enter or revise the text and click Save. Edits remain drafts until you save. A saved document offers History; use Diff to compare a revision with the current text, or Restore to make a previous revision current again. Editing can be restricted while a document is controlled by a task awaiting review; follow the task link shown by the editor.
How to update company information
Open your company’s information entry under Business. Owners and Admins can edit the company name, country of registration, address and additional information, then save. Registration country is separate from the brand’s buyer market and billing details — see Account settings.
Supply the visual style
Under Brand book, open Visual style. Describe approved logos, colours, fonts, images, layout and motion, and link to the approved files or templates. Save it like other brand documents. It supplies context for people and connected agents creating or reviewing visual materials; it does not change the website theme or certify a design. Use Assets for stored images.
